Conduct Preliminary Interviews.
Train the shortlisted candidates with the predefined FAQs.
Forward the shortlisted candidates to the HRs of the companies.
Follow up with Candidates and Companies about the Interview Rounds (HR/Operations and Client)
Maintaining everyday database in the Google Sheets
Reporting to Management.
Giving respectable number of selections on the Monthly basis.
